Techno-Economic Paradigm
The techno-economic paradigm describe that there’s an emphasis on the technical side rather than innovation. Techno-economic paradigm could assist developing countries in their attempts to minimize the divide – supporting the growth of SMEs. It’s consistent with the natural progression we’re seeing with developing countries, where technology is being adopted and the skills are acquired to utilize technology. The difference is that in a developed country, the socio-economic factors and the infrastructure speeds the time up between the adoption of technology and its universal utilization.
